Manual J Design Studio needed a modernized website that could better explain a highly technical service while making it easier for customers to understand their options and move through the site. My role covered site structure, page design, responsive layouts, content organization, service presentation, and implementation. A major challenge was simplifying complex HVAC-related information without losing the detail professionals needed, while also working around existing purchasing and pricing requirements. The project focused on creating a cleaner structure that could support services, training, resources, consulting, and online purchasing without making the experience feel fragmented.
The finished direction created a more organized and professional experience with clearer navigation, stronger service hierarchy, and a more consistent visual system across the site. Technical information was broken into more approachable sections, important customer paths were easier to follow, and the structure was built to support future content and service growth. The result was a website that better matched the expertise of the business while making a complex offering easier to understand and use.
